Accounts brings together the companies you work with and the people at them, as Prism finds them. For each one it shows how engaged they are, when you were last in touch and any patterns it has found. People Prism cannot link to a company are listed separately under **Unaffiliated people**. ## Before you start Tenant Owners, Workspace Admins and Workspace Members can open Accounts. ## Find an account The top of the Accounts list, with Search, Show and Sort.

Select **Accounts**. To find one by name, type in **Search…**. To narrow the list, open **Show** and choose a view such as **Has active pattern** or **Stale (>30d no contact)**. Open **Sort** and choose how to order the list, such as by **Engagement** or **Last contact**. Select the arrow at the start of a company's row to list the people there. The list now shows only what you asked for. **Engagement** is a score out of 100 based on recent contact, open deals and open tickets, with a band from **HIGH** to **DORMANT**. **Patterns** counts the open patterns for that company. Select a company to open its page. At the top are its engagement score and **Last contact**. The cards below show the **Open deal value**, the **Relationship trend**, which says whether contact is growing, stable or declining, and how many **Linked entities** Prism has tied to it. Under **Patterns**, the **Active** tab lists what Prism has found and how sure it is. Patterns that have been dealt with move to **Acted on** or **Dismissed**. Further down, **Activity** lists your recent contact with them, such as emails. **Pipeline & support** lists open deals and recent tickets, and **Linked entities at this account** lists the people Prism has linked to the company. Select **Back to accounts** to return to the list. Next, [dismiss a pattern](#dismiss-a-pattern) that does not need you. ## Dismiss a pattern Tenant Owners and Workspace Admins can dismiss a pattern from the account page. Select the account in **Accounts**. Under **Patterns**, select **Dismiss** next to the pattern. Choose the reason that fits best. Select **Dismiss**. The pattern moves to the **Dismissed** tab, with your reason. If it was waiting in the Feed, it leaves **Needs Action** there too. Next, [connect more data](/products/prism/data-sources). ## Troubleshooting Choose a reason first. If you chose **Other**, type a short reason in the box that appears. Prism reads email through your Gmail. In your profile, [connect Gmail](/get-started/profile#connect-gmail) and select **Enable reply detection**. Check that **Show** is set to **All accounts**, then search for it. A person Prism cannot link to a company is listed under **Unaffiliated people** at the bottom of the list.
