Your learners are the people in your customer accounts. Each learner belongs to one account, as a User or an Account Admin. Learners lists everyone in those accounts, with their progress, and Accounts shows the same people grouped by company. Learners see the published modules that are open to their account. When you enrol them in a module, their progress in it shows here.

Before you start

The learner’s company must already be an account in Studio. Accounts are managed in Studio settings under Accounts.

The Modules tab of a learner's panel, listing each module with its status and progress and Reset, Complete and Unenrol under it.
Each module on a learner’s Modules tab has three buttons:
  • Reset clears their progress in that module, so they start it again.
  • Complete marks every step in the module as done.
  • Unenrol takes them out of the module and hides it from them.
Reset and Unenrol clear the learner’s progress in that module. You cannot get it back.

On their Modules tab, select Reset, Complete or Unenrol on the module.
